High Gradient Magnetic Filter (HGMF)

In 2009, we in the Gradian Industrial Group, have had the chance to design and manufacture electromagnetic filter with a magnetic field strength of about 1/8 Tesla (18,000 Gausses) for the first time in the country. This magnet is used to absorb micronized iron particles and ferrous minerals in the industry. The high-intensity electrical magnetic filter consists of a high-intensity electromagnetic core and a matrix set, capable of absorbing and separating free iron, iron-bearing minerals such as hematite, limonite, perit, chalcopyrite, siderite, and so on.
The electrical magnetic filter is under PLC and the steps of magnetic separation and cleaning are performed automatically, and according to the type of use, it is possible to change the time of the operation steps of the device.
