Dry Magnetic Drum Separator

The Gradian Industrial Group’s Drum in-Housing Separators are built with a suitable structure and are used for automatic separation of iron parts from raw materials to (increase the quality of the final product / remove iron parts without damage to the equipment / high-quality iron ore) in the industry.

The Magnetic Drum Separator consists of a housing (made of stainless steel) and a cylindrical shell (made of anti-wear stainless steel) which creates a constant magnetic field, when the raw material is dropped by the feeder on the roller of the separator drum, Non-magnetic materials fall on the natural path and is discharged from the corresponding output shot, while the absorbed iron rotates on the roller shell to the last magnetic point and rotates behind the roller.

The Magnetic Drum Separator is designed and manufactured in two types, permanent and electric. The permanent type of drum separator can be produced in three models: LIMS & MIMS & HIMS, which are selected depending on the type of separation.

The Gradian Industrial Group can also produce a permanent drum separator with a variable gauss to be used in industries that require different magnetic field strengths. This drum separator enjoys a variable magnetic field and can be changed depending on the type and the grade of minerals.
