Plate Magnet

Gradient Group’s Magnet Plates are made of the strongest permanent magnets with a very high attraction. High-intensity plate magnets are installed in the path of chutes, channels and material transfer pipes that are not accessible to the operator and by this, they prevent damage to equipment, such as mills, presses, crushers etc.

The advantages of Plate Magnets include its design and construction in different sizes according to the dimensions of the channel and the chutes, designed in two methods which are fixed and hinged to facilitate magnet cleaning, use of high-intensity neodymium and samarium cobalt magnets and constant magnetic field intensity.
