Magnetic Roll Separator (High Intensit)

Our Magnetic Separator Rolls in Gradian Industrial Group are among the best separators with very high field strength to separate paramagnetic materials or minerals with iron compounds in minerals such as hematite, iron oxide, limonite, bentonite, mica, etc. which are not detachable by ordinary magnets.
The raw material is charged by a vibrator system on a thin belt (Kevlar) and when the material reaches the very high magnetic field of the roller, the magnetic or paramagnetic particles adhere to the roller and are released under the roller, while the non-magnetic material is unaffected and then discharge by the chute.
For the first time in Iran, we have succeeded in designing and manufacturing a separator roll without a conveyor system, which maximizes the performance of the machine.
The advantages of this device include a very high magnetic field, the ability to design in one to five floors and compactly, equipped with an inverter, standard design and structure, a magnetic field without electricity, constant magnetic field strength during operation, special design for a faster replacement of belts, the ability to adjust desirably to achieve the best-desired grade, high absorption and recovery power, a very diverse capability that meets the needs of the consumer, and so on.
High-Intensity Magnetic Separator Roll is used for refining purposes in mining industries including silica and glass, feldspar, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, aluminum silicate, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and adsorption of minerals including mica, ilmenite and separation of ferrous PVC granules and separation of granular particles from all kinds of industrial and mineral powders.
This machine is also used in refractory, casting, electronics and iron ore processing industries.
