Permanent Magnetic Filter
Permanent Magnetic Filters are installed in a variety of fluids. In the processing units of large complexes, the fluid sometimes travels hundreds or even thousands of meters to become the desired product. In the meantime, the fluid passes through carbon steel pipes that have a high tendency to corrosion. Some of these pipes are even nearly 100 years old. While the inner wall of the pipes is subjected to pressure, heat shocks and various stresses, It is perfectly normal for it to corrode.
Indeed, in each of these sections, the fluid is in contact with the metal surface, and in some equipment, such as heat exchangers, the contact surface is greatly increased, and when the permeable material reaches the processing units, it will have significant suspended particles, most of which are made of carbon steel.
